MoversSuite Administration > Military > Base
The Base Setup defines the military installation records referenced by a MoversSuite move request and by data exchange processes for SIRVA and UniGroup. Base records are assigned to an order through the Ordering, Origin, and Destination bases within the Military/Government tab and visible within the Base Information screen.

Technical Field Information
Reference the following table when managing base records.

Base Code |
Enter the Government Bill of Lading Office Code (GBLOC) assigned to this base record by the military (up to 4 characters).
NOTE: Military installations can have GBLOC without having a TMO office.

Base Name |
Enter the name of the military installation available for the Ordering, Origin, and Destination base settings on the Military/Government tab (up to 32 characters).
NOTE: Base assignment to a military order appears on Forms 619 and 619-1.

TMO Contact |
Enter the primary contact for the Traffic Management Office (TMO) office, if applicable. This entity is generally responsible for coordinating move requests (up 32 characters). |

Enter the email address for the TMO contact (up to 128 characters). |
Fax Number |
Enter the fax number for the TMO contact. |
Military Base Address |
Enter the physical address of the base: Address lines (3 lines of 256 characters); City (26 characters); State (2 characters); select a Country (Country Code Setup), Postal Code (10 characters). |
Phone |
Enter the phone number and extension for the TMO contact. |
Base Contact |

Associate contacts for the base within this section. Contact records appear for bases within the Military/Government tab. You can also add and edit the base contact records through the Base Information screen. Refer to Add Base Contact for specifics. | |
State Item |
|
Select state or states (State Setup) authorized that the TMO contact can coordinate move requests in. Assigned state(s) are available to be assigned to an order within the State field linked to each base assignment within the Military/Government tab. |
